Red Cross Responds to Two-Alarm Fire at Crestwood Condominiums
Levittown, PA, 1-8-2008 – The American Red Cross Lower Bucks County Chapter responded to a two-alarm fire on Naomi Court in Crestwood Condominiums (Bristol Township). The Red Cross is assisting 27 people with immediate disaster related needs including food, clothing, shelter, bedding and linens, pet supplies and referrals.
The outcome of the fire is 4 units destroyed, 2 units with major damage, 9 units with minor damage and 5 units not affected.
The Lower Bucks County Chapter deployed 9 volunteers who responded at 3:00am on January 7, 2008 and stayed until 12:30 pm. These volunteers provided casework as well as health and mental health services.
